2 Corinthians 8:2

for in a severe test of affliction , their abundance of joy and their extreme poverty have overflowed in a wealth of generosity on their part.

In the midst of a very severe trial, their overflowing joy and their extreme poverty welled up in rich generosity.

How that in a great trial of affliction the abundance of their joy and their deep poverty abounded unto the riches of their liberality.
