Exodus 21:33

When a man opens a pit , or when a man digs a pit and does not cover it, and an ox or a donkey falls into it,

“If anyone uncovers a pit or digs one and fails to cover it and an ox or a donkey falls into it,

And if a man shall open a pit, or if a man shall dig a pit, and not cover it, and an ox or an ass fall therein;
