Exodus 4:11

Then the Lord said to him, Who has made man’s mouth ? Who makes him mute , or deaf , or seeing , or blind ? Is it not I, the Lord ?

The Lord said to him, “Who gave human beings their mouths? Who makes them deaf or mute? Who gives them sight or makes them blind? Is it not I, the Lord?

And the Lord said unto him, Who hath made man's mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the Lord?
