Genesis 15:17

When the sun had gone down and it was dark , behold , a smoking fire pot and a flaming torch passed between these pieces .

When the sun had set and darkness had fallen, a smoking firepot with a blazing torch appeared and passed between the pieces.

And it came to pass, that, when the sun went down, and it was dark, behold a smoking furnace, and a burning lamp that passed between those pieces.
