Isaiah 40:2

Speak tenderly to Jerusalem , and cry to her that her warfare is ended , that her iniquity is pardoned , that she has received from the Lord ’s hand double for all her sins .

Speak tenderly to Jerusalem, and proclaim to her that her hard service has been completed, that her sin has been paid for, that she has received from the Lord`s hand double for all her sins.

Speak ye comfortably to Jerusalem, and cry unto her, that her warfare is accomplished, that her iniquity is pardoned : for she hath received of the Lord's hand double for all her sins.
