James 1:13

Let no one say when he is tempted , I am being tempted by God , for God cannot be tempted with evil , and he himself tempts no one .

When tempted, no one should say, “God is tempting me.” For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone;

Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God : for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man :
