Jeremiah 3:8

She saw that for all the adulteries of that faithless one, Israel , I had sent her away with a decree of divorce . Yet her treacherous sister Judah did not fear , but she too went and played the whore .

I gave faithless Israel her certificate of divorce and sent her away because of all her adulteries. Yet I saw that her unfaithful sister Judah had no fear; she also went out and committed adultery.

And I saw, when for all the causes whereby backsliding Israel committed adultery I had put her away, and given her a bill of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah feared not, but went and played the harlot also.
