Jeremiah 8:11

They have healed the wound of my people lightly , saying , Peace , peace , when there is no peace .

They dress the wound of my people as though it were not serious. “Peace, peace,” they say, when there is no peace.

For they have healed the hurt of the daughter of my people slightly, saying, Peace, peace; when there is no peace.
