Proverbs 11:10

When it goes well with the righteous , the city rejoices , and when the wicked perish there are shouts of gladness .

When the righteous prosper, the city rejoices; when the wicked perish, there are shouts of joy.

When it goeth well with the righteous, the city rejoiceth : and when the wicked perish, there is shouting.
