Psalms 11:5

The Lord tests the righteous , but his soul hates the wicked and the one who loves violence .

The Lord examines the righteous, but the wicked, those who love violence, he hates with a passion.

The Lord trieth the righteous : but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.
