Psalms 24:4

He who has clean hands and a pure heart , who does not lift up his soul to what is false and does not swear deceitfully .

The one who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not trust in an idol or swear by a false god.

He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.
