Psalms 94:10

He who disciplines the nations , does he not rebuke ? He who teaches man knowledge —

Does he who disciplines nations not punish? Does he who teaches mankind lack knowledge?

He that chastiseth the heathen, shall not he correct? he that teacheth man knowledge, shall not he know ?
